Accuracy and context

We check names, titles, dates and other factual details against suitable sources before publication. When a subject has competing accounts or uncertain details, we say so rather than making the point sound settled. Opinions and interpretations are presented as such, not as facts about every viewer or film.

Independence

Editorial decisions, including which subjects to cover and what conclusions to draw, remain separate from partnership arrangements. A collaboration does not guarantee favourable coverage, and we do not promise a particular editorial outcome in exchange for support.

Corrections

If you notice a factual error or unclear passage, contact us with the article title and the detail in question. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making significant changes clear to readers where appropriate.

Partner material and illustrations

Paid or partner material is labelled clearly so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where this applies, we identify them as such. Illustrations are not evidence for factual claims.
